Im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren liegt sehr viel Schnee, das Oberaletschgebiet ist gut eingeschneit. Aletschhorn, Aletschhorntraverse in beide Richtungen, Kleines Aletschhorn, Lötschentaler Breithorn, Nesthorn und vorderes Geisshorn sowie die Übergänge Geisslücke, Sattellücke, Gredetschjoch und Beichpass wurden in den vergangenen Tagen begangen. Zustieg von der Belalp: Im Zustieg via Hotel Belalp liegt noch Schnee, ein früher Start wird empfohlen. Alternativ kann ab Egga via Bärenpfad (auf der Karte mit Oberaletsch bezeichnet) zu- / abgestiegen werden. Für Zustiegs- und Verhältnisfragen erreicht ihr uns am besten übers Hüttentelefon. Bitte beachtet bei einer Reservation für mehr Komfort auch Tage unter der Woche. Infos zur Anreise / Fahrplan Belalp Bahnen findet ihr nachstehend.

Infos zum Fahrplan der Belalp Bahnen findet ihr unter diesem Link. Bitte beachtet die Fahrzeiten des Zwischensaisonbetriebs ab dem 4. April. Bei einer Anreise mit dem ÖV unter der Woche kann der Taxidienst Zerzuben AG in Brig eine gute Option sein, um die Bahn um 7.30 Uhr zu erreichen. Das Unternehmen ist 24/24 im Einsatz und verfügt über Transportkapazitäten bis 16 Personen. Bei der Anreise mit dem Taxi können die Belalpbahnen telefonisch vorinformiert werden, damit sie den Transport abwarten. Bei einer Anreise am Wochenende muss die Bahn bis Freitag 16.45 reserviert werden. Zu den Büroöffnungszeiten erreicht man die Belalp Bahnen unter 027 921 65 10, danach gilt die Pikett-Nr. 079 217 49 64. Bitte vergesst nicht eine reservierte Bahn bei Nichtanreise wieder abzumelden (Pikett-Nr.)!

Das Mittelaletsch-Biwak ist nach wie vor zerstört! Derzeit besteht KEINE Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf der Mittelaletsch-Seite! Der Zeitpunkt des Wiederaufbaus des Biwaks ist derzeit noch unklar.

Compared to previous years, there is a lot of snow, the Oberaletsch area is well snowed in. Aletschhorn, Aletschhorn traverse in both directions, Kleines Aletschhorn, Lötschentaler Breithorn, Nesthorn and Vorderes Geisshorn as well as the Geisslücke, Sattellücke, Gredetschjoch and Beichpass crossings have been climbed in the past few days. Approach from Belalp: There is still snow on the approach via Hotel Belalp, an early start is recommended. Alternatively, you can ascend/descend from Egga via the Bärenpfad (labelled Oberaletsch on the map). The best way to get in touch with us for questions about access and ratios is via the hut telephone. When making a reservation for more comfort, please also consider days during the week. Information on the Belalp Bahnen timetable can be found under this link. Please note the timetable for mid-season operations from 4 April. If you are travelling by public transport during the week, the Zerzuben AG taxi service in Brig can be a good option to reach the cable car at 7.30 am. The company operates 24/24 and has transport capacity for up to 16 people. If travelling by taxi, the Belalpbahnen can be informed in advance by telephone so that they can wait for the transport. If you are travelling at the weekend, the cable car at must be booked by 16.45 on Friday. During office opening hours you can reach Belalp Bahnen on 027 921 65 10, after that the on-call number is 079 217 49 64. Please do not forget to cancel a reserved cable car if you do not arrive (on-call number)!

The Mittelaletsch bivouac is still destroyed! There is currently NO accommodation on the Mittelaletsch side!
A reconstruction of the bivouac is planned.
